PhotoDiv AI does not upload your photos or photo analysis to a server.
1. 운영자와 적용 범위 / Operator

2. 기기 안에서 처리하는 정보 / On-device information
사용자가 허용한 사진의 식별자, 촬영·수정 시각, 해상도와 썸네일을 읽어 얼굴 수·눈 뜸 추정·선명도·노출·콘텐츠 분류·유사도 특징을 분석합니다. 사진 원본을 별도 저장하지 않으며 분석 결과, 특징 벡터, 스마트 앨범 및 검토 상태는 기기 내 SQLite에 저장합니다. 얼굴 이름을 식별하거나 얼굴 인식을 위한 개인 프로필을 생성하지 않습니다. OCR로 인식한 글자 내용은 저장하지 않습니다. 위치 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
With your permission, the app reads photo identifiers, dates, dimensions and thumbnails to estimate faces, eye openness, sharpness, exposure, content categories and similarity. Photo originals are not copied into our database. Results, embeddings, albums and review choices are stored locally. We do not identify people, create identity profiles, retain recognized OCR text, or request location permission.
기기에 내려받지 않은 iCloud 사진은 분석을 위해 자동 다운로드하지 않습니다. 앱은 분석 데이터를 자체 클라우드로 동기화하지 않습니다. 시스템 사진앱의 동기화와 백업 설정은 해당 서비스가 관리합니다. 사용자가 삭제를 최종 확인하면 시스템 사진앱과 연결된 기기에도 삭제가 동기화될 수 있습니다.
Cloud-only photos are skipped rather than downloaded for analysis. We do not sync analysis to our cloud. Your operating system manages its own Photos syncing and backups; deletions you confirm may propagate to other devices through those services.

외부 서비스 이용 과정에서 위 정보가 미국 등 해당 제공업체의 처리 국가로 네트워크를 통해 전달될 수 있습니다. 결제 확인은 앱 실행, 구매·복원 시, SDK 진단 및 웹 접속 정보는 해당 서비스 사용 시 처리됩니다. 외부 처리 거부를 원하면 앱 이용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있으며, 구매정보 삭제는 고객지원으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 구매 복원 등 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
The listed data may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Purchase validation occurs when initializing the SDK, purchasing or restoring. Diagnostics and website requests are processed when those services are used. You may stop using and uninstall the app, or contact support to request deletion of purchase records; deletion can affect purchase restoration.

4. 보관과 삭제 / Retention and deletion
기기 내 분석 데이터는 설정의 ‘분석 결과 초기화’ 또는 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다. 접근할 수 없거나 삭제된 사진의 캐시는 전체 스캔 완료 시 제거합니다. 결제 기록은 구매 권한 제공·복원 및 법적 의무에 필요한 동안 해당 제공업체 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 이메일 문의에 포함된 정보는 문의 처리 목적 범위에서 보관하고, 목적 달성 후 불필요한 정보는 삭제합니다. 법률상 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 의무에 따릅니다.
Reset local analysis in Settings or uninstall the app to delete local results. A completed library scan removes cached records of missing or inaccessible photos. Purchase records are processed for entitlement/restoration and applicable legal obligations under provider policies. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request and then deleted unless legally required.
5. 선택권과 권리 / Your choices and rights
사진 접근은 선택 사항이며, 거절하면 사진 분류를 사용할 수 없습니다. 시스템 설정에서 접근 범위를 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 사진을 자동 삭제하지 않습니다. 광고·행동 추적용 SDK를 추가하지 않았으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 거주 국가에서 인정하는 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한·이의 제기, 이동 등의 권리를 고객지원으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 처리를 위해 필요한 최소한의 확인 정보를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 별도 계정은 없습니다.
Photo access is optional; declining prevents classification. Change or revoke access in system settings. The app never automatically deletes photos. We do not add advertising/tracking SDKs or sell personal information. You may request rights available in your jurisdiction, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. We may request minimal verification to process a request. There is no separate PhotoDiv account.
6. 아동 및 변경 / Children and changes
아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자는 개인정보 관련 문의를 위 연락처로 보낼 수 있습니다. 정책 변경 시 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하며 중대한 변경은 앱 등 적절한 수단으로 안내합니다.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents may contact us about privacy concerns. We update the effective date when this policy changes and notify users of material changes through appropriate channels.
